Hi, I’m Jaden.
I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a background in body recomposition, competitive martial arts, and endurance athletics.
I started my fitness journey in 2016, and I’ve been helping Victoria B.C. locals develop healthy habits and launch their fitness journeys professionally since 2021.
I believe in personalized coaching that takes into account the habits, goals and lifestyle of every individual.

A full home gym in NOT required.
While I always recommend investing in some basic equipment (resistance bands, adjustable dumbbells, yoga mat, etc.) It is not needed.
I will provide all necessary gear!
