Hi, I’m Jaden.

I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a background in body recomposition, competitive martial arts, and endurance athletics.

I started my fitness journey in 2016, and I’ve been helping Victoria B.C. locals develop healthy habits and launch their fitness journeys professionally since 2021.

I believe in personalized coaching that takes into account the habits, goals and lifestyle of every individual.

As such, my clients benefit from 100% bespoke fitness and nutrition programs designed to fit seamlessly into their lives while providing maximum results.

    While I always recommend investing in some basic equipment (resistance bands, adjustable dumbbells, yoga mat, etc.) It is not needed.

    I will provide all necessary gear!

  • This is totally dependent on what you want to work on!

  • I have experience in helping guide clients through physiotherapist prescribed exercises and their rehab journeys.

    I will make the disclaimer, however

    I do provide injury diagnoses or prescribe any rehabilitation protocols.

  • No, in fact, UPLFT was built for new lifters who are keen to get started on their fitness journeys.

    No experience is required. Only willingness to learn!

    1. Consultation

      We will cover all things you:

      Goals, Injuries, History, and whatever you feel compelled to share!

      With this information we will craft a plan that is designed to suit your specific needs.

    2. First Sessions

      In our initial sessions, we will have a chance to get acquainted with the program and one another!

      We will also make sure your space is set up for success. And that you are fully equipped to take on this journey!

    3. Engaging Sessions

      Every week I will come with all of the equipment you need as well as sessions designed to meet you wherever you are at.

      Your job will be to work hard and have fun!

    4. Accountability & Support

      We touch base throughout your program to see how we are progressing.

      As we talk about our wins and challenges, we will develop new strategies to help break through any barriers.
