The Online Coaching Process

1. Intro Consultation

First thing first, we will get to know one another!

During our introductory consultation, we will talk about all things you.

We will discuss your training history, goals, trouble areas, schedule, etc.

This information will be used to create your custom plan.

We can meet using ZOOM, or in person.

2. Your Bespoke Plan

After your consultation, I will craft you a bespoke plan, suited to your needs and goals.

This plan will include your fitness program, nutrition targets, and exclusive UPLFT resources designed to accelerate your progress.

Your plan will be available via smartphone and computer for maximum ease of tracking.

3. Ongoing Support & Accountability

As you tackle your plan, you will never be alone.

Every week, you will benefit from built in accountability and frequent support check-ins from me.

Additionally, you will get full-time access to my personal line, where you can feel free to reach out with questions, and ask for tips.

With frequent connection, you will never be left in the dark.

4. 1-1 Strategy Meetings

Every month, we will meet 1-1 virtually or in-person for a strategy meeting.

During these meetings, we will discuss wins & challenges, and set our targets for the next month.

We will also adjust and fine tune your plan to further optimize a system that flows seamlessly with your lifestyle.

    Online programs are custom and can be built built to suit home gym equipment, public gym equipment or a combination of both!

  • Yes, in fact I do recommend this.

    Having external feedback when performing new movements is extremely beneficial.

    Having at least one in person session per week also further enhances accountability to help keep you on track!

  • They can be as many days as you like. Although for best results, I recommend no fewer than 3x/week.

  • Yes, whether you are 4 days on, 4 days off, or otherwise, I do offer plans that accommodate shift work.

  • It really depends on the following:

    • Specific Goal/Metric Used To Track

    • Exercise Style

    • Exercise Intensity

    • Nutrition Habits

    • Training Consistency

    Initial performance results will usually show up in the first few weeks.

    Initial visual results usually show up after the first few months.
